Especially want to say huge thanks for the birthday cake for my bestie’s birthday and the gorgeous roses each of the ladies received to celebrate ‘International Mother’s Day’

Balloon Magic - With a 0600 pickup in Ras al Khaimah, we departed into the darkness to the launch site in the desert. Next we had a short flight safety briefing from Captain JP and then we began loading into the basket, as the hot air burners raised the balloon prior to liftoff..then we began the ascent!
At around 1000m up, the sun rising above the mountains was fantastic - and watching the city and the ocean below [and] the clouds in the distance was perfect..add to this a great landing after 45mins, followed by a champagne breakfast at the golf club with all of the passengershighly recommended, great value and extremely well organised!!

A stunning trip watching the sunrise across the desert, and finishing with coming across a herd of 16 camels as we landed.
Special mention to JP the pilot for being so friendly and informative before and during the flight. Then to all the staff setting up, and then the amazing breakfast back at HQ along with brilliant bird show that all of our children loved.
Thankyou also for even going the extra mile and getting my daughter a birthday cake.

The best ever family experience!  - This was really an incredible experience for the whole family. We were fortunate enough to do a private trip and we were made to feel like VIP’s! From the moment... read more we were picked up from the hotel, the team were so professional. We were taken out into the desert around 6 in the morning before sunlight. We were offered coffee and a nice selection of snacks while the ballon was being inflated. The staff were so personal and polite and we felt a part of the team. We were introduced to the pilot who again, was so professional.
The balloon lift off went without a hitch and a team of 14 people waved us off into the sunset. It was incredible! Such an amazing experience. The pilot explained a lot of facts about the surroundings which made the whole journey and gave an even better experience. The landing was also flawless. The staff team drove to the location to welcome us back and we had champagne on our return with even more snacks. We were also given a bit of a history lesson on ballooning which I found incredibly interesting! Thankyou to all the team at Actin Flight , from the ground crew, the ladies serving the food and the pilot for making this an experience will never forget. Highly recommended!!

Нереальный полет на воздушном шаре Actionflight - Полет на воздушном шаре был незабываемым. Эмоции просто зашкаливали от пейзажей вокруг. Было немного волнительно на высоте и при приземлении , но пилот был настолько профессионален , что его милейшее, уверенное выражение лица не оставляло ни капельки сомнений о нашей безопасности .
Хочется отметить изумительный завтрак с шампанским с видом на поля гольфа. Он был особенно незабываемым, потому что я впервые услышала историю из уст пилота по имени JO о том , почему при приземлении угощают пассажиров шампанским . Друзья, я настоятельно всем рекомендую прокатиться на воздушном шаре в Рас аль хейме с компанией Actionflight !!! Они лучшие!!!
