Cancellation and Refund Policy

Kindly note that a huge amount of time, effort, and organisation goes into each flying activity, and some have limited capacity. We must therefore adhere to a strict cancellation policy that allows us to be compensated for costs and lost revenue.


Cancellation or Amendment by Tour Organiser or Passenger

  • Cancellations made at least 36 hours prior to scheduled flight departure: Eligible for full refund by way of voucher, valid for 12 months.

  • Cancellations made under 36 hours prior to scheduled flight departure: Not eligible for refund.

  • Passengers who arrive in breach of the Terms & Conditions of flight (under the influence of alcohol or drugs, outside age/size limits, etc.): Will be prevented from flying and no refund will be provided.

  • Failure to arrive at the appointed time or location, or leaving before the activity is complete: No refund can be made.


Group Bookings

Large group bookings (8 or more passengers, or as otherwise defined by ActionFlight at the time of booking) require significant time, effort, and resources to organise, including coordination of crew, aircraft, equipment, and logistics.

Accordingly, client-initiated cancellations of large group bookings are not eligible for any refund, regardless of notice period. This ensures compensation for the extensive planning and operational commitments already undertaken.


Recommendation

It is highly recommended that you obtain appropriate travel insurance that will cover you in case of unforeseen circumstances preventing you from joining your scheduled activity.


Cancellation by ActionFlight

  • If an activity is postponed by ActionFlight due to weather or other unforeseen reasons, we will endeavour to reschedule you on the next available opportunity. If this is not possible, a full refund will be provided via voucher.

  • Activities that require a minimum number of guests to operate are subject to change at any time. If an activity is cancelled due to minimum guest numbers not being reached, guests will be offered:

    • an alternative activity (price difference may apply), or

    • an alternative scheduled date, or

    • a full refund via voucher.
